Rates for Legal Medical Services

Our services offer a free one-hour consultation to new clients. For Case Screening and Medical Record Review and Analysis, please contact Deborah A. Dinan to discuss rates. A retainer fee will be required upon the submission of the medical records. Upon completion of all work, a final bill will be sent to the client with the balance due within 30 days.

A discount of 10% may apply in cases involving voluminous medical records or when multiple cases are being analyzed simultaneously such as in cases being reviewed for class action lawsuits.
